We read the reports. We sat in the roundtables. We watched the keynote speakers talk about “listening more deeply” to people who’ve said the same thing for years.
So we wrote our own report. It contains no revelations, no executive insight, and no bold new model that will Change The Game™. That’s entirely intentional.
The Bleeding Obvious is a summary of everything the sector already knows — compiled without a formal consultation process, an advisory group, or any measurable outcomes. It does, however, have a contents page and several bold headers, which creates a strong illusion of rigour.
It’s obvious. Blatantly so. Frustratingly so.
But maybe that’s the point. What if we stopped pretending we don’t already know?
Read it. Or don’t. Just don’t file it away with the others and call it progress.
