Every session is bespoke. We don’t deliver off-the-shelf training — we design around your organisation, your team, and what you actually need to change. These are starting points, not scripts.

Our Sessions

A workshop for care experienced adults and young people exploring what their voice actually is, what they already know, and how to use their expertise in spaces that haven't always listened. Builds confidence, language, and a sense of ownership. Facilitated by people who understand the experience from the inside.
An introduction to co-design — what it actually is, what it isn't, why it matters, and what getting it right requires. Grounded in real practice, not theory. A strong starting point for teams who are new to participatory approaches or want to check their assumptions.
Explores what it means to hold a genuine duty of care, how rights frameworks translate into day-to-day relationships, and what authentic accountability looks like from the perspective of care experienced people. Goes beyond compliance into genuine culture change.
A grounding session for organisations working with or alongside care experienced people. Covers what care experience actually means, why the language matters, what assumptions get in the way, and how to build practice that takes lived reality seriously — not just as a policy category.
A participation-focused session exploring different types of participation, what genuine power-sharing looks like in practice, and where the common failures happen. Teams leave with a clearer picture of where they sit on the participation spectrum — and what it would take to move.
