Complaints
If we’ve got something wrong, we want to know. Telling us helps us fix it for the next person.
How to complain
Email us, or tell anyone at ProjectChange and they’ll pass it on. You don’t need to use special words or fill in a form.
It helps if you tell us what happened, when, who was involved if you know, and what you’d like us to do about it.
Email hello@projectchange.scotYou can ask someone else to complain for you, like a friend, worker or advocate. If you’re care experienced, Who Cares? Scotland offers free advocacy.

We’ll let you know we’ve got your complaint. We’ll look into it properly, and then write to you with what we found and what we’re going to do.
If your complaint is about our chief executive, it will be dealt with by our board of trustees.
If you’re still not happy
OSCR, the Scottish Charity Regulator, can look at concerns about how a charity is run.

A complaint isn’t the right route if a child or adult is in danger. Call 999 in an emergency, or contact the social work department of your local council.
